Trip to New Zealand - my country of birth

Where to start?

If I am to preserve my memories and attempt to record my trip to NZ I may as well try and make it as comprehensive as possible . . . I have started to work through my photographs and let me tell you I do so enjoy taking photographs so there are plenty. Even although I am shutter happy - I can still look back and think damn I didn't quite capture that moment - so the result is that I may end up taking even more photographs . . .

I know that a lot of people will not be interested enough to wade through all the posts and I can fully understandin this - we all seem to live very busy lives - more chance for those of you living here in the UK as we are in our hibernating mode (Glasgow seemed like at least minus 6 degrees last night) - so you may have more inside time than our Southern hemispherians . . . anyway make of it what you will . . . I will try and keep it light and very visual - whilst attempting to geographically orientate you as to where we are in NZ.

Enjoy!

PS I have given myself the uneviable task of inserting a single photograph at this stage . . . hmmmm? Picture is of Opito Bay - (Coromandel) near Kuaotunu. Forgot to mention why I chose this photograph - basically I spent the last three days here - hence I thought that it was fitting to start with a picture of where I ended up - it made sense to me.
